Solid knowledge of taxation and tax calculation We are looking for a **Billing Analyst** with experience in the transportation sector to join our team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing **Fiscal Invoices (NF)** and **Electronic Transport Receipts (CT-e)** * Calculating and verifying **taxes** applicable to fiscal documents * Direct contact with **clients** for clarifications and document delivery * Using **ERP systems (ESL system preferred)** * Data entry and controls in **Excel (intermediate level)** **Requirements:** * Prior experience with **billing in transportation companies** * Proficiency in issuing **Fiscal Invoices (NF)** and **CT-e** * Solid knowledge of **taxation and tax calculations** * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)** * Experience with **ERP systems** (experience with **ESL system desirable**) * Completed or ongoing academic degree (Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with the **ESL system**, used by us for **transportation, customer service (SAC), and finance management** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.160,52 \- R$2.750,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside near Barueri? * Do you have billing experience, especially in transportation-sector companies? * Have you previously used the ESL system?
