Collaborate with internal departments and enhance processes. #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team and manage medium-complexity indirect procurement processes. The objective is to ensure commercial competitiveness, compliance with internal policies, operational efficiency, and business value creation—actively contributing to cost optimization and the quality of services and products procured by the company. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead competitive bidding processes (RFP, RFQ, direct negotiation) for indirect categories. * Conduct commercial analyses, proposal comparisons, and technical supplier recommendations. * Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with internal customer needs. * Ensure adherence to procurement processes, policies, and workflows. * Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, scopes of work, and service-level agreements. * Monitor contracts and supplier performance. * Support cost-saving initiatives, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency improvements. * Partner with internal departments for demand planning and priority management. * Contribute to organizing and continuously improving departmental processes. * Ensure proper system formalization of procurement processes (e.g., Ariba). #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in indirect procurement or related areas. * Experience in competitive bidding and negotiation processes. * Analytical capability and demand organization skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills. * Hands-on, dynamic, results-oriented profile. * Ability to operate effectively in high-demand environments. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Execution discipline and organizational skills. * Prioritization ability. * Resilience and adaptability. * Problem-solving orientation. * Collaboration and influence without formal authority. #### **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Experience in retail, logistics, or high-volume operational companies. * Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems. * Experience in contract and supplier management. * Knowledge of TCO, strategic sourcing, or category management.
