EarthOptics uses compensation bands that vary by location; please ask the recruiter to share more about the specific range for your preferred location during the hiring process.* **What you’ll cultivate as a Market Development Professional (Responsibilities):** * Promote sales of EarthOptics services * Identify and prospect new clients * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote services and identify new business opportunities * Support and collaborate with EarthOptics clients to align offered and/or contracted services **Are you our “soil\-mate”? You’ll thrive in this role if you have: (Qualifications)** * Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, or related fields * At least 3 years of sales and prospecting experience in the agricultural sector, with focus on soil fertility and precision agriculture * Technical knowledge in agronomy and soil fertility * Knowledge of precision agriculture, use of biologicals, and product positioning * Experience in sales and client prospecting within the agricultural sector * Familiarity with local markets, regions, and producers * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports * Willingness to travel * Reside in the Rio Verde, Goiás, or Sorriso, Mato Grosso region **We welcome all qualified applicants eligible to work in Brazil.
