Job Summary: A professional to handle material receiving, inventory organization, report preparation, document management, and support in procurement and work hour control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in supplier quotation, procurement, and supplier management * Experience in civil construction projects; * Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills; * Completed high school education; * Responsibilities: Receiving materials delivered by suppliers and verifying invoices against order specifications; organizing inventory to preserve material integrity according to individual characteristics while facilitating location and handling; submitting reports on material allocation within the warehouse, including respective costs; organizing documents and records, supporting material and service quotations and procurement, equipment leasing, purchase order issuance, supplier registration, invoice entry, supporting worker work-hour control, and other duties related to the position.
