Internal department and customer interface A transportation and logistics company is seeking an Operations Analyst in Cabo de Santo Agostinho (Ponte dos Carvalhos). **Responsibilities:** Plan load scheduling. Evaluate cost and efficiency between owned and third-party fleets. Monitor trips, control SLA, and handle incidents. Optimize route planning. Track KPIs. Verify and validate fiscal documentation. Support freight payments, unloading, and daily allowances. Interface with internal departments and customers. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Process Analyst, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
