. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Ensure the quality of chatbot solutions through manual and automated testing; * Create, execute, and document test scenarios for functional, non-functional, regression, usability, and unit validations; * Collaborate with multiple squads to understand business rules and product workflows; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices; * Support log analysis and application monitoring to identify issues and propose solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, usability, regression, and unit); * Experience in test automation and use of automation tools and frameworks; * Hands-on experience automating front-end tests using Playwright with JavaScript and Ruby for Web; * Hands-on experience automating mobile app tests using Playwright with JavaScript; * Experience automating API tests using Behave with Python; * Knowledge of testing strategies and techniques; * Knowledge of performance testing; * Familiarity with GCP for log analysis, monitoring, and pipeline integration; * Knowledge of NLP for validating chatbot flows and intents; * Experience with CI/CD and version control best practices.
