If this describes you and you’re eager to grow quickly in a dynamic environment, our doors are open. **Responsibilities and duties** **As a QA on Construct IN’s product team, you will:** * Promote a quality-, testing-, and automation-oriented culture. * Collaborate closely with developers and designers to create test cases, design test plans, and automate test cases to verify product functionality. * Manage and track bugs and improvements. * Investigate and analyze product defects. * Support test automation strategy. * Assist developers in solving problems and addressing potential questions. * Contribute ideas to improve the user experience within the platform. * Participate in daily and weekly alignment meetings with the team. * Participate in quarterly routines to define the next steps for Construct IN’s product. **Technologies you’ll work with:** * JavaScript (Vue, Node); * Cypress; * Dart/Flutter; * Python; * REST and GraphQL; * Git; **Requirements and qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * At least 4 years of professional QA experience; * Reside in regions near Porto Alegre, RS, and be available for occasional in-person meetings for discussions, planning, and team bonding. * Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Dart, and Python; * Open-minded, entrepreneurial individuals with strong drive to make things happen; * Thirst for growth and knowledge; * Collaboration.
