Responsibilities and Duties * Conducts studies, researches, develops, analyzes, and produces comprehensive data and results to support decision-making. Works under global guidance, planning and taking responsibility for technical outcomes presented, as well as defining required sources and resources. * Possesses in-depth knowledge of the field in which they operate. * Identifies departmental needs related to addressing, route planning, warehousing, etc., assessing available resources and possibilities for addressing existing gaps, in order to suggest and/or implement additional services or action policies. * Analyzes and monitors the development of departmental routines, guiding others involved in resolving questions and problems or suggesting relevant studies to improve work performance, ensure standardization, and evaluate their impact. * Prepares management reports, analytical bulletins, etc., analyzing statistical information and data regarding the respective area to provide input for decisions and adjustments to existing policies or procedures. * Maintains specific controls for position-to-product mapping, analyzing criteria for new registrations to ensure optimal administration of workflow and departmental standards. * Maintains operational controls over activities performed at the company’s distribution center to enable monitoring of storage targets and established operational synchronization. * Complies with requirements governing the company’s Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or related fields; * Ability to correlate data and facts; * Leadership profile; * Proven experience.
