Customer technical support and service guidance ### **Responsibilities** * Install fiber optic networks in residential and commercial premises. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network points and equipment. * Lay optical cables and conduct connectivity tests. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in telecommunications networks. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards during operations. * Record performed activities in internal systems and report service order status. * Provide customer technical support, advising on proper use of services. ### **Education** Completed high school. ### **Required Experience** Proven work experience in the field, documented in employment record. ### **Position Overview** RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OPTICAL BROADBAND PRODUCTS.
