Mission Responsible for analyzing service requests and service orders received from Areas or generated by Automatic Preventive Maintenance Plans, detailing the service in terms of instructions on "how to perform" all tasks, identifying labor resources with their respective times, materials, tools, equipment, and special instruments required for execution and release of service orders into the maintenance management system for scheduling, performing critical analyses of agreed indicators and keeping the visual management board updated at the operating unit. What you will do * Responsible for keeping the SAP PM maintenance system updated regarding equipment registration, creation of maintenance plans (inspection and lubrication), technical lists, opening and closing maintenance orders and notes, and monitoring inputs made into the system by execution teams. * Define the technical scope for activities during scheduled shutdowns per Plant units and general shutdowns, detailing activities into a schedule and determining the critical path, identifying and resolving potential problems and conflict points together with the Permanent Shutdown Group, forecasting required resources—own or third-party labor, materials, logistics, lifting, tools, instruments, special equipment, and interfaces with new projects—optimizing and rationalizing resource utilization. Perform quality verification of reported information on the execution of the most complex and important weekly tasks to identify improvement points in planning and execution. Identify events causing the greatest impact on PPCM (Planning, Scheduling and Maintenance Control) results due to deviations, defects or failures of any nature, opening and executing Failure Analysis (RAF - Failure Analysis Report), proposing blocking actions and improvements endorsed by Maintenance Engineering for root causes, demonstrating the economic feasibility of the actions taken. Manage executed and pending failure analyses as well as developed blocking actions. * Assist in preparing the annual PPCM budget, qualifying and quantifying budget items based on reduction of losses or costs and increase in potential gains, consistent with the organization's unavailability target, maintaining control over fulfillment of agreed commitments. * Develop continuous improvement within the PPCM department, applying the "PDCA" or "PMCC" methodology in critical analyses of activities inherent to the department’s structural matrix. Plan resources (materials and labor) for factory shutdown scheduling and update maintenance Quality manuals. Update reports: backlog, plant downtime, time reporting on maintenance orders, recurrence of failures, shutdown schedules, and performance dashboards. Plan major factory shutdowns (off-season), create MS-Project files for work fronts, balance internal versus external resources, and arrange material provisioning for the period. Responsible for coordinating off-season maintenance meetings involving maintenance, production, engineering, safety, quality, and procurement, covering topics such as progress of work fronts, material follow-up, occupational safety, engineering projects, among others. * Perform activities according to company procedures, standards, and policies, complying with requirements related to Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, and Environment. What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration or Engineering; * Availability to work in Matão/SP.
