Job Summary: The professional will perform harvest administration routines, including transfers, payroll processing, timecard adjustments, and leave tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Performing harvest administration routines 2. Handling timekeeping records for harvesters 3. Controlling and organizing employee documents Mission Support the execution of harvest administration routines, harvester transfer processes, payroll inputs, timecard adjustments, harvested box reporting, and leave tracking. Job Responsibilities • Verifying system entries in SAP, generating electronic spreadsheet files, and checking discrepancies; incidents, inconsistencies, and harvested box reports; • Responsible for handling timekeeping records for regional harvesters; • Issuing harvester payment receipts; • Entering daily allowances according to discrepancies; • Managing document bundles and files related to harvest employee documentation; • Submitting harvester transfer requests for payroll processing; • Monitoring absenteeism due to unexcused absences; responsible for handling timekeeping records for regional harvesters; • Issuing harvester payment receipts; entering daily allowances according to discrepancies; • Submitting harvester transfer requests for payroll processing; • Monitoring absenteeism due to unexcused absences; Candidate Profile: Completed high school education Higher education (preferred) Microsoft Office 365 proficiency Residence in Boa Esperança do Sul, Gavião Peixoto, Nova Europa, Curupá, or Ibitinga/SP Mixed Recruitment: Internal and External Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Pursuing higher education is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel); * Residence in Boa Esperança do Sul, Gavião Peixoto, Nova Europa, Curupá, or Ibitinga/SP Internal and External Recruitment
