




**Job Summary:** Responsible for guest service during the night shift, performing check\-in and check\-out, conducting daily audits of the hotel system, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly overnight, guaranteeing service quality and information security. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **check\-in and check\-out** for guests during the night shift * Provide **in\-person and telephone service**, with courtesy and efficiency * Conduct the **night audit**, verifying entries, room rates, charges, and closings * Generate daily financial and operational reports * Reconcile cash, credit cards, and payment methods * Maintain organization of the front desk and common areas * Assist guests with emergency requests * Follow hotel security procedures and policies * Hand over relevant information to the day shift team during shift change **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed (a degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus) * Prior experience as a receptionist or night auditor (preferred) * Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Desbravador, CM, Opera, or similar – a plus) * Basic computer skills * Availability for **night shifts** (e.g., 12x36 or 6x1\) Employment Type: Full\-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$1\.841,60 \- R$2\.560,61 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance
