




The company is looking for a Business Development Manager in São Bernardo do Campo. **Responsibilities:** Build and evolve OL’s Information Security/Cybersecurity portfolio (services, solutions, and recurring offerings). Define and maintain packaged offerings (product strategy), including scope and boundaries, delivery model (project, managed service, recurring), create roadmaps (90/180/360 days), and portfolio governance (reviews, improvements, lessons learned). Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and design maturity journeys (basic to advanced). SASE/SSE line (Cloud Security + Secure Access). Expand SASE/SSE offerings: value proposition, reference architecture, packages, maturity journey, and adoption strategy. Create use-case-specific offerings—for example: secure remote/hybrid user access to applications. Modernize access with ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access). Protect and control web browsing/SaaS usage (SSE: SWG/CASB/DLP/FWaaS, per strategy). Define components and reference architecture (e.g., ZTNA, secure web gateway, CASB, FWaaS, DLP, integration with SD-WAN, etc.), thereby building clear offerings for adoption by existing and prospective customers. Design and execute GTM plans per offering: ICP, priority verticals, approach, channels, campaigns, and targets. Collaborate with marketing to develop commercial materials: one-pagers, presentations, standard proposals, differentiation matrices, case studies, discovery scripts. Work with the sales team on account planning, outreach strategies, and pipeline development. Serve as the commercial team’s “security arm” in strategic meetings, discovery sessions, qualification, solution design, and proposal development. Develop sales playbooks (discovery questions, objections, differentiators, proof of value, presentation scripts). Support pre-sales/engineering as needed for PoCs, workshops, assessments, and architecture/service design. Manage partner/vendor relationships and strategy, and maintain a solutions map by use case (including SASE partners). Negotiate and structure partnership models (enablement, MDF, leads, campaigns, certifications, specializations). Define and track KPIs: pipeline, conversion rate, average deal size, margin, sales cycle time, attach rate, recurring revenue, churn (where applicable).
