Contributes to environmental improvement initiatives Responsible for performing operations and activities related to raw material mixing and the entire compound preparation process via an automated system, aiming to meet production demand for products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform PVC compound mixing and granulation programming according to the compound and automatic mixing production plan in the AZO System, as well as storing these compounds in appropriate silos; * Contribute to improvement actions and environmental preservation through waste segregation and compliance with legal environmental regulations and aspects for which the company is responsible; * Adopt general and specific safety standards while performing duties, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the workplace; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning of the area, machines, equipment, and peripherals, and collecting production waste and trash; * Execute specific procedures for final compound production to ensure raw material conformity and adequate supply to the production sector, focusing on meeting the production plan and product quality; * Perform grinding of materials sourced from production areas or third parties, carrying out prior segregation to enable 100% recycling of received thermoplastic materials; * Monitor and control raw material inventory to maintain minimum safety stock levels and achieve established volume targets for materials under preparation; * Monitor the compound distribution system to machines according to product technical specifications; * Prepare and operate extruder/granulator machines and peripherals; * Print raw material balance reports from the AZO System for subsequent entry into the ERP system; * Focus on reusing materials in their original colors, adhering to limits established by regulations; * Inform machine operators about compound changes and/or any other compound alterations known to the operator; record, stamp, and forward such information to the Quality Department to implement the change in records; * Keep the compound self-management board updated based on factory requirements; * Practice and promote the Code of Conduct by applying its principles; * Control, organize, and move raw materials and compounds using forklifts and/or electric hoists as required, complying with internal safety regulations and other internal procedures inherent to the process.
