Join our team!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance services for physical facilities and building electrical systems, focusing on operational continuity and safety standards. * Manage maintenance activities for critical systems, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, voltage stabilizers, generators, electrical panels, busbars, and power distribution. * Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of all maintenance activities, strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations and internal BACEN procedures. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff and third-party service providers, ensuring service quality and adherence to scheduled timelines and defined technical standards. * Issue technical opinions, maintenance reports, and diagnostics, with accurate records of activities performed and recommendations for operational improvements. * Monitor electrical system performance indicators (e.g., failures, interventions, outages, and reliability metrics) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure personnel and equipment safety by enforcing hygiene and safety practices and controlling access to sensitive or restricted facilities. * Collaborate with other technical and administrative departments of the Central Bank to align maintenance priorities, budgets, schedules, and building maintenance requirements. * **What We Offer:** Position: Maintenance Electrical Engineer - São Paulo/SP Location: São Paulo/SP * Salary: R$12.950,00 * Employment Type: CLT - Working Hours: 08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 18:00 (Mon to Thu) / Fri 08:00 - 17:00 * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * MV * TV
