Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance on agricultural machinery and equipment, consult technical documentation, and assist in field maintenance processes. We are seeking a **Junior Automotive Maintenance Mechanic** to join our **EAB** team in **Bocaina, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance on agricultural machinery, equipment, and implements. * Consult technical documentation to support service execution. * Record performed procedures and request replacement parts. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance processes for agricultural machinery, tractors, vehicles, and trucks in both workshop and field settings, performing minor interventions, inspecting damaged components, and replacing them as instructed. * Repair defects in agricultural implements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts under a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Experience in automotive maintenance and knowledge of electronic diagnostic tools; * Preferred: National Driver’s License (CNH) categories C, D, or E; * Must reside in: Boa Esperança do Sul, SP; Dourado, SP; or Bocaina, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
