




**Perform pre-sales activities, including:** Contacting received leads Qualifying inbound leads via phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication tools Aligning customer interests and needs to enable accurate sales Registering leads and prospects in the system Creating opportunities and forwarding them to the responsible sales representative **Perform telemarketing activities, including:** Making outbound phone calls to customers to conduct follow-ups, win-backs, customer satisfaction surveys, and other related processes Providing information regarding services/products Recording customer contact information in the information system Performing or requesting customer database maintenance Identifying the services/products best suited to customers’ needs Analyzing and addressing customer and OEM satisfaction survey results Prospecting customers and business opportunities Generating reports and monitoring metrics Assisting with Sales Secretary activities
