Use of software for customer registration, preparation of quotations and orders, and issuance of invoices. Obtaining quotations and placing orders with suppliers. Receiving goods and organizing inventory. Keeping the office and client environments organized and clean. General support for workshop needs. Advising the workshop manager. **Experience:** Customer service and use of Excel. **Desirable:** Skills in using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. **Questions/Requirements:** Possess a driver’s license (CNH).
