




**What the area is like:** * Develop the best and most innovative production processes related to Special Processes (Painting, Sealing) for executive, defense, and security aviation, acting from product and process conception through to production line support—ensuring these deliverables enable Embraer to achieve state-of-the-art standards in its processes and products. **Responsibilities and duties — What your day-to-day will be like:** * Development of new aircraft painting processes * Specification and procurement of automated painting systems * Monitoring of quality and process tests and analysis of results * Creation and updating of process documentation (e.g., routing instructions) * Definition of process parameters * Interface and integration with other areas (Procurement, Product, Quality, Infrastructure, Automation, etc.) * Participation in investigations and resolution of painting defect-related issues and ensuring implementation of corrective actions * Development of processes and resources for aircraft painting technology * Management of painting resource procurement projects (cost, schedule, scope, stakeholders, risks, etc.) * Ensuring application of painting requirements in the design of a new aircraft under development * Aircraft painting systems involve a dynamic and challenging routine, participating in the development of a new aircraft while interfacing with diverse areas and technologies—tasked with developing processes and resources, directly engaging with the product, and guaranteeing optimal technical integration for the technology, meeting requirements within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Production Cycle criteria * Assembly of composite material components and other alloys into subassemblies **Requirements and qualifications — To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Active CREA registration * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) * Knowledge of project management methods and tools * Availability to work all shifts * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Quality tools (A3, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, PDCA, FAI, Kaizen, etc.) * Experience leading structural project development and preparing visibility materials * Experience in detecting, analyzing root causes of, solving, and correcting product and production process issues * Experience conducting product-process feasibility analysis * Knowledge of process optimization (with focus on waste minimization) **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience as a Kaizen project leader * Ability to detect and resolve production process issues * Postgraduate degree * Knowledge/experience in painting and/or Special Processes within Automotive, Aviation, or Industrial sectors * Knowledge of engineering tools (GD&T, GBI, CATIA) * Knowledge/experience supporting ESOLVE and PBI systems * Experience leading structural project development and preparing visibility materials **Additional information** On-site work model for Gavião Peixoto/SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefits Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
