




Job Summary: Carry out operational activities related to receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching, ensuring quality and safety in accordance with applicable standards. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Carry out operational activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatching of materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and Good Storage Practices (GSP), while appropriately utilizing ERP systems. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and Inspection: * Receive materials and supplies according to invoices and purchase orders. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative inspections to ensure conformity with company standards. * Storage and Organization: * Store products according to their physicochemical characteristics, respecting segregation criteria, expiration dates, and traceability requirements. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Inventory Control: * Record transactions and movements in the SAP system. * Participate in cyclic and general inventories to support inventory accuracy. * Picking and Dispatching: * Pick materials according to internal requisitions, ensuring integrity and correct identification. * Support product dispatching, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and transportation requirements. * Quality and Safety: * Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and occupational safety regulations (PPE, ergonomics, NR-11, NR-12). * Report non-conformities and support corrective/preventive actions. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical course in Logistics or related fields preferred). * Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within chemical, food, or pharmaceutical industries. * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of GMP, 5S, occupational safety, and quality control. * Experience operating forklifts.
