




**Job Responsibilities:** Assist in administrative processes and matters related to the local Sanitary Surveillance authority. **Detailed Description** * Responsible for issuing and renewing sanitary documentation for the branch; * Monitor technical inspections conducted by customers and Sanitary Surveillance inspectors; * Conduct self-inspections and oversee resolution of non-conformities; responsible for daily monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity, as well as refrigerator temperature and humidity; * Monitor temperature and humidity records from support branches; * Monitor transportation conditions and ensure temperature control of vehicles; * Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals in accordance with sanitary regulations; * Responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs related to Quality Assurance, such as: handling of temperature-sensitive products, temperature control, and good transportation practices; * Evaluate the branch’s physical conditions and technical requirements; responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (RDC 430/2020); * Assist in administrative processes, such as product returns and cancellation of branch receipts; * Support logistics processes. **WORK SCHEDULE: TUESDAY TO SATURDAY: 1:00 PM TO 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: R$2,195.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold an active CRF (Regional Council of Pharmacy registration)? * What is your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry)? * Are you available to work on the schedule: TUESDAY TO SATURDAY, 1:00 PM TO 5:00 PM?
