Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** Develop detailed visit plans, considering internal and external impacts, and implement actions aligned with internal customers’ needs and expectations. Ensure smooth execution and excellence of both in-person and online corporate programs and visits. Deliver presentations about our company in accordance with our institutional strategy, adopting narratives and evidence points that create value for each audience; also covering technical knowledge such as: facility operations, equipment and industrial processes, as well as regulatory, quality control and assurance, and product development aspects. Proactively engage with audiences, providing accurate and well-founded responses to their technical and institutional questions, maintaining program credibility and ensuring satisfaction rates. Establish strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, academic institutions, and other relevant stakeholders through corporate programs and visits, aiming to strengthen the company’s image and reputation. Identify, implement changes and updates to disseminated content, suggesting improvements to audience experience. Monitor, contribute to, and execute the department’s annual calendar, meeting internal departmental demands (e.g., receiving briefings, aligning dates, executing schedules).
