The professional will be responsible for managing operational teams, controlling materials and deadlines, as well as organizing field documentation, directly contributing to project efficiency and safety. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in executing and monitoring drilling and well maintenance projects. * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience organizing and controlling field documentation. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. * Availability for full-time field work. * Availability to work on a 60 x 12 shift schedule. * Driver’s license category B. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor work fronts at the construction site. * Assign tasks, guide, and supervise the operational team. * Collaborate with operations, actively participating in tasks when necessary. * Manage and control material demand, receipt, and usage. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Control and organize technical and administrative field documentation (daily logs, checklists, reports, etc.). * Serve as liaison with engineers, planning department, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Report activity progress to the management team.
