If you believe in the power of collectivity, value authentic relationships, and wish to contribute to a genuine purpose — advancing healthcare in Brazil by caring for our customers and supporting the growth of their businesses — this could be your place. **So, are you ready to become a TSM?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor inventory balance entries; prepare spreadsheets for reconciling inventory balances between physical and fiscal stock; perform daily and monthly inventory closings; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets for warehouse inventory balance controls; * Conduct cyclical and rotating inventories; monitor incoming, outgoing, adjustment, and transfer transactions of goods; reconcile return and disposal flows to identify inventory discrepancies; * Develop and maintain departmental performance indicators; * Generate reports on updated inventory positions for executive leadership; * Perform separation and preparation of materials for supplier returns, identifying items and volumes and routing them to responsible departments; * Conduct training for operators, verifiers, and assistants as needed; * Manage order return workflows; * Identify process improvement opportunities and align with other departments to enhance inventory processes and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Experience with WMS; * Advanced Excel skills; * Availability to work the third shift; * Familiarity with Senior system is preferred. **Additional Information** Department: Operations Work Model: On-site Available Location: Itapeva \- MG People First That’s why our benefits are designed to deliver **well-being, development, and quality of life**.
