Responsibilities and Duties * Provide personalized customer service to brand customers; * Handle post-sales customer service; * Build and maintain a loyal customer base; * Manage and organize inventory, operate the point-of-sale system, process returns and exchanges; * Restock the store and replenish items when unavailable in their designated sections; * Maintain display window organization, setup, and cleanliness; * Participate in internal training programs on luxury, handcrafted products to become a PANDORA product expert; * Follow company guidelines, adhering to all policies and procedures to uphold the international standards of our stores; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Clear and receptive communication skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic, ever-changing environments; * Availability to work on a rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule.
