Collaborates with various departments across the company to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** Support the development and monitoring of commercial campaigns. Create visual assets (e.g., cards) for campaigns using design tools. Manage inventory of promotional items and marketing materials. Register and dispatch promotional items and bonuses per request. Request procurement of marketing materials and promotional items. Register new DNEs (Exclusive Business Developers). Develop and verify DNE onboarding and offboarding checklists. Register and dispatch all required materials for onboarding a new DNE. Extract and send customer reports and histories upon DNE request. Send reports listing customers who have not yet made purchases this month (P9\). Monitor delivery of planning reports, route plans, and AGDs (Distributor Management Activities). Compile data for qualitative analysis of AGDs. Update and maintain an organized customer portfolio. **Requirements and Technical Competencies:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Canva for graphic material creation. Experience in commercial and administrative routines.
