The pharmacist is responsible for conducting patient consultations and dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, counseling customers, and administering injectables. Training the team, supporting store management, entering prescriptions into the SNGPC system, verifying the controlled substances cabinet, organizing the pharmacy section, updating and reviewing operational procedures. Promoting health, participating in and organizing internal and external events. Complying with sanitary regulations and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee the storage of pharmaceutical products, especially controlled substances. * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, control expiration dates and storage conditions, ensuring proper product organization. * Dispense medications, counsel customers, and provide pharmaceutical care. * Sell, negotiate, recommend, and enhance the customer experience. * Manage the controlled substances cabinet and enter records into the SNGPC system. * Monitor ambient and refrigerator temperatures for medications. * Administer injectables, measure blood pressure, perform rapid tests, administer vaccinations, and participate in health initiatives and events. * Participate in audits and inspections. * Maintain and update reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory agencies. * Support store management by training staff, organizing the store, tracking goals and results, and monitoring compliance with standards, procedures, and legislation. * Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stay current with sanitary legislation, and remain updated on pharmaceutical practices. **Skills:** * Technical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical legislation * Clear communication, patience, and active listening * Leadership and accountability * Organization, initiative, and discipline * Interpersonal skills and flexibility * Sales ability and results orientation * Ability to teach and solve problems * Numerical and basic mathematical skills **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) * Prior experience in pharmacies and pharmaceutical sales preferred * Knowledge of computer applications and sanitary legislation * Availability to work flexible hours * High productivity and strong intellectual potential * Proactive profile with willingness and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment Here, those who care are also cared for.
