




Description: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Desirable: Experience in the Pharmacy field; * Technically supervise the area’s work, supported and assisted by the Co-Responsible Pharmacist and/or the Technical Responsible Pharmacist (TRP) of the unit; * Interface with departments and submit activities for approval by the immediate supervisor, aiming to ensure smooth workflow within established deadlines; * Know, interpret, and comply with legislation applicable to hospital activities and pharmaceutical care; * Participate in the control, use, and registration of drugs listed in Ordinance No. 344/98 and other substances controlled by Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory agencies; * Receive and technically evaluate medical prescriptions, verifying their compliance to enable release of prescriptions; * Develop and discuss with Nutrition the Drug–Nutrient Interaction Chart, ensuring no interactions occur that interfere with patients’ clinical progression; * Validate patients’ medications to ensure they meet the Institution’s adopted criteria; * Actively participate in multidisciplinary rounds, discussing patient cases and proposing actions contributing to the implementation of proposed therapeutic plans; * Provide discharge counseling according to the unit’s epidemiological profile; * Prepare staff duty schedules, subject to validation by the TRP; * To hold the position of Pharmacist, the incumbent must possess a valid registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), and all financial obligations to said council must be fully settled; * Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 2512200202551929717
