Responsibilities and Duties: **Your challenge will be:** * Directly interacting with customers and working with Opentech’s systems, taking responsibility for delivering optimal operational results to customers; * Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of logistics operation information, performing analyses via system, identifying key operational issues for customers, reporting operation statuses, and contacting carriers and customers; * Handling matters in accordance with the standard operating procedure defined in the process roadmap; * Making calls, sending WhatsApp messages, and emails following pre-established standards. Requirements and Qualifications: **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Preferred: basic customer service experience.
