Currently, we are looking for a professional for the FP\&A Manager position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee the financial planning cycle (budget, forecast), ensuring alignment between corporate goals and operational plans. * Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity and optimal use of financial resources. * Develop and enhance financial models and performance dashboards, consolidating strategic KPIs and variance analyses. * Support executive leadership and business units in evaluating profitability, investment feasibility, and resource prioritization. * Consolidate and present financial results to senior leadership and the board, providing analysis and insights for strategic decisions. * Act as a strategic partner to operational areas, translating the financial impact of decisions and identifying improvement opportunities. * Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities, preparing financial scenarios and recommendations for risk mitigation. * Collaborate with financial audits to ensure compliance and integrity of financial information. * Foster team development and strengthen a value- and performance-oriented financial management culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or Controllership. \| Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. **Languages:** Intermediate English **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Corporate Restaurant Pharmacy Benefit Program Profit-Sharing Program Corporate Learning Platform Psychological Support Community Space "Together for Agribusiness" GPTW-Certified Company Developing innovative agricultural solutions that ensure life sustainability.
