**Job Requirements** * **Education:** Chemistry technician, pharmacy technician, or related field with laboratory assistant qualification * **Desirable Courses:** Technical course in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or related fields. * **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) – basic level. * **Specific Knowledge:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Control, Stability Testing, RDC 48/2013. **Technical Competencies** * Good Manufacturing Practices (RDC 48/2013) * Physicochemical and organoleptic analyses * Cosmetic quality control * Operation and calibration of laboratory equipment * Preparation of technical reports * Computer skills (Microsoft Office and spreadsheets) **Summary of Key Responsibilities** * Perform chemical, physicochemical, and organoleptic analyses on products and raw materials. * Collect samples from in-process and finished products for quality control. * Monitor and supervise production processes, verifying compliance with quality and safety standards. * Support the development and formulation of new cosmetic products by conducting stability, efficacy, and safety tests. * Issue technical reports and analysis certificates. * Maintain and ensure calibration and proper preservation of laboratory equipment. * Execute environmental control checklists and Production Order (PO) checklists. * Comply with and promote Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and current safety regulations. * Support laboratory management in organizing documents, technical data sheets, and analysis records. **Address:** R.
