Currently, we are looking for a professional for the position of SDR Analyst **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct initial outreach to inbound and outbound leads, applying consultative prospecting techniques. * Ensure qualification of opportunities based on profile, interest, buying stage, and business potential. * Deepen customer needs mapping, effectively aligning them with Baldan's portfolio solutions. * Guarantee CRM updates with detailed and consistent information. * Collaborate with the marketing team by providing continuous feedback on lead quality and origin. * Schedule and track meetings with the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions. * Monitor performance indicators, analyzing conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and volume of qualified leads. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, pre-sales or commercial areas.
