**We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Itaipu Transformadores.** The professional will be responsible for coordinating and leading the warehouse team, ensuring proper material handling and storage. Additionally, they must supervise inventory control, conduct periodic inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Experience in warehousing, leadership skills, organization, proactivity, and knowledge of inventory management systems are essential. Join our team! Activities: 1\. Manage the warehouse team, supervising activities and ensuring deadlines and targets are met. 2\. Control material inventory, ensuring organization and proper product storage. 3\. Manage material receiving and dispatching processes, ensuring accurate verification and documentation. 4\. Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and identify possible discrepancies. 5\. Prepare inventory control reports, material movement reports, and performance indicator analyses. 6\. Manage suppliers, negotiating contracts and continuously seeking cost reductions. 7\. Ensure warehouse safety, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and accident prevention. 8\. Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and implement actions to optimize operations. 9\. Participate in planning and strategic alignment meetings with the team and company management. 10\. Keep warehouse-related records and documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
