Map, request, and control SAP profiles required to perform the Unit’s activities; 2. Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, including analysis of critical points and proposal of improvements; 3. Develop and update competency matrices for management; 4. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 5. Update files, controls, and systems; b) Support for process management and optimization 1. Develop organizational charts, flowcharts, procedures, and matrices assessing organizational structure and work methods; 2. Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, including analysis of critical points and proposal of improvements; 3. Optimize activities and processes; 4. Support implementation of corporate initiatives impacting Inventory Management activities; 5. Facilitate compliance with audits related to inventory management (e.g., SOX), by gathering required documentation, consolidating information, and evaluating data consistency. 6. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 7. Update files, controls, and systems; 8.
