Your day-to-day responsibilities * Process Mapping and Standardization: Document and standardize workflows to ensure greater efficiency and compliance with best practices; * Continuous Improvement: Drive and propose solutions for process optimization and waste reduction through operational gemba, benchmarking, and other practices. * Training: Develop and deliver training to ensure correct execution and adherence to processes; * Data and KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions; * Operational Support: Collaborate with operational teams to implement and monitor new processes; * Expansion and startup initiatives: Provide support and actively participate in operational base expansion and change initiatives; * Problem Solving: Quickly identify and analyze problems, proposing practical and effective solutions to resolve issues. * Process Ownership: Serve as the technical expert for the operational process, acting as a facilitator and providing support for systemic questions and issues. 2512180202551925407
