Support the operationalization and execution of the institution’s activities by performing technical tasks and providing guidance, contributing to the formulation of action plans and achievement of organizational objectives; 2. Provide technical support in administrative and financial activities and procedures, collaborating in the execution of the Entity’s tasks; 3. Update and maintain legal files and official documents, ensuring their organization and accessibility; 4. Send, receive, classify, register, distribute, and archive documents and correspondence; 5. Conduct surveys, controls, records, calculations, and consolidate data within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. 6. Store and control inventory, ensuring proper management and delivery of materials as required; 7. Assist in organizing procurement processes for goods and services, contributing to efficiency and compliance with institutional regulations. 8. Receive and direct guests and visitors, ensuring appropriate service aligned with institutional needs; 9. Monitor the preparation and execution of the institutional calendar, ensuring commitments and events are properly organized; 10. Carry out travel-related procedures, including issuing tickets and supporting expense reporting; 11. Arrange logistics required for institutional meetings and events, ensuring adequate infrastructure and smooth activity execution; 12. Monitor and support training, social promotion, and monitoring events from conception through completion. 13. Keep institutional information updated and make it available for dissemination, subject to senior authorization. **Requirements:** **MINIMUM AND MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION** **\*MANDATORY EDUCATION** \*Completed High School, obtained from an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * **MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum mandatory professional experience: documented proof of at least **6 (six) months of experience in a mid-level position**, involving at least **4 (four) of the following activities:** * Experience in developing, updating, and managing technical procedures and documents related to the candidate’s field of expertise; * Experience participating in institutional training programs and applying acquired knowledge to continuously improve processes; * Experience verifying, analyzing, and controlling documents, ensuring compliance, regularity, and legality; * Experience serving internal and external clients, providing agile and effective support and solutions; * Experience entering, inserting, and controlling data in specific computerized systems; * Experience collecting, consolidating, and analyzing information to support reports and decision-making; * Experience operating computerized systems related to the candidate’s field of expertise; * Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, and technical documents under direct responsibility or supervision; * Experience supporting the organization and execution of lectures, courses, training sessions, and capacity-building events; * Experience providing user support and assistance (in-person or remote). * **Mandatory requirements for curriculum analysis purposes.
