We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and responsible Occupational Safety Technician to help build and reinforce our company's safety culture. **Responsibilities:** Identify and assess occupational hazards; Develop and implement risk mitigation programs and action plans; Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with operational teams; Lead safety training sessions, campaigns, and audits; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and current legislation; Maintain up-to-date records of incidents and accidents; Collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce the safety culture. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Proven experience in the field; Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory norms (NRs); Skills in risk analysis and technical report writing; Strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented mindset.
