Job Summary: Baldan is seeking a Purchaser to manage the procurement cycle, optimize processes, negotiate strategically, and ensure compliance with policies, thereby driving efficiency. We currently have an opportunity for a Purchaser. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage all stages of the procurement cycle, ensuring effective supplier qualification, strategic negotiations, and contract formalization. * Drive initiatives to optimize procurement processes, meet established deadlines (SLAs), and align acquisition schedules with the needs of requesting departments. * Conduct supplementary negotiations as required, supporting the resolution of interdepartmental strategic demands under the guidance of the Supply Management team. * Present and discuss procurement proposals and strategies with senior management, ensuring decisions are well\-informed and aligned with organizational objectives. * Manage bidding processes (BIDs), ensuring they are conducted fairly, competitively, and in compliance with organizational policies. * Promote and manage projects focused on increasing productivity and reducing costs, balancing inventory management and payment terms. * Develop strategic reports on market conditions and procurement area performance. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead efforts to implement continuous improvements in procurement processes. * Conduct technical visits to suppliers, ensuring continuous updates regarding purchased products and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product categories and implement preventive actions to mitigate supply risks. * Provide full support during external audits, ensuring all procurement practices comply with regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. **Languages as a Job Prerequisite:** Intermediate English. **Required Knowledge** Knowledge of procurement routines – “Strategic Sourcing”; Negotiation skills; Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Corporate Restaurant Pharmacy Benefits Program Profit Sharing Program Corporate Learning Platform Psychological Support Community Space "Together for Agro" Developing innovative agricultural solutions that guarantee life sustainability.
