If you hold or are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields, and have experience in administrative processes of health plans and customer service, **share your resume with us!!** **Responsibilities and duties** Guide beneficiaries regarding benefits, rules, and use of digital channels (portal, app, chatbot). Perform registration updates and assist with processes such as reimbursements, plan enrollments, plan migrations, and cancellations. Support detailed tracking and control of administrative processes, including analysis of invoices, extensions, authorizations, and requests from the Ombudsman’s Office and Legal Department. Contribute to organizing and executing health promotion events (activities at branches, lectures, internal and external campaigns). Carry out logistical routines, such as mailbag control, material inventory, correspondence mailing, and warehouse support. Support credentialing processes and relationship management with provider networks, including documentation review, proposal evaluation, and identification of specialty gaps. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Health Management, or related fields. Previous experience in administrative and operational support routines, preferably within the healthcare sector. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while paying attention to detail. Knowledge of management and organization tools, such as spreadsheets and control systems.
