If you have experience as a receptionist in clinics or hospitals, are proactive, organized, enjoy interacting with people and providing service, and wish to become part of the best Diagnostic Imaging Clinic in the Federal District (DF), then submit your resume and grow with us! * Receive patients and their companions; * Provide patients with information regarding examinations and clinic services; * Complete patient records and prepare billing slips according to the specific requirements of each health insurance plan; * Issue invoices for private-pay patients. * Direct patients to the examination area. * Submit reports of billing slips and invoices to the billing department. * Manage internal workflow to optimize schedule efficiency; * Maintain an organized environment and ensure the coffee station is well-stocked. * Deliver examination results, verify delivery deadlines, and perform corresponding collections. * Print reports and images upon request, always adhering to patient safety protocols. About the Position: Working Hours: * Rotating 12x36 shift — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM * Locations: Asa Sul and Lago Sul units (This position will rotate between both units according to the schedule). Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a receptionist in clinics or hospitals * Enjoy working with people and delivering service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and typing skills. * Experience in Diagnostic Imaging is a plus.
