




**Who we are,** PLE GROUP is the result of the work of a group of friends, founded in August 2015, with its first store located in the city of São Carlos. Its focus is to expand stores throughout the central region of the state of São Paulo. Today, PLE GROUP is affiliated with REDE DE DROGARIAS TOTAL and TOTAL POPULAR, operating 11 stores in cities across the interior of São Paulo. Its goal is to grow in an integrated manner, using a low-cost management model and seeking customer satisfaction through affordability. These principles reflect our way of thinking and acting in the market. **About the position:** * Conduct sales by assisting and guiding customers from the beginning to the completion and receipt of sales; * Restock sales points, shelves, and counters. * Participate in the organization, cleaning, and layout planning of the pharmacy; * Communicate and attend to customers, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues courteously, whether virtually, in person, or by phone; * Ensure the cleanliness of the store and display areas; * Examine product conditions (expiration dates and physical state); * Organize products according to layout standards; * Restock sales points, baskets, and shelves; **Responsibilities:** * Know the ALPHA7 system and its functionalities for sales procedures (full integration training); * Sell products by assisting customers in their selection, from initiation to completion and receipt of the sale. * Present promotions and campaigns to customers, demonstrating how they work, offering tastings or distributing samples. * Control the entry and exit of goods. * Display merchandise attractively at strategic sales points, following layout and pricing standards. * Restock sales points, shelves, baskets, and counters. * Promote cleanliness, organization, and monitoring of product expiration dates;
