We are looking for a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB** team in **Bocaina**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** Produce healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; Set up various experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; Perform heat treatment, seedling planting, and irrigation; Collect samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments; Conduct assessments of borer infestation; Apply ripening agents and perform other services as needed and directed. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; Experience in agriculture will be considered a differentiator; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Commitment to safety.
