




Will be responsible for executing and supervising all daily store operations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers and maximizing store performance. This position requires leadership, organizational skills, and a results- and customer-service-oriented mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. Conduct recruitment, training, and ensure a positive work environment * Execute and supervise daily store operations, including product organization, inventory control, and adherence to operational procedures * Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Manage store sales, control losses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability * Ensure compliance with all store safety procedures and policies. REQUIREMENTS: * Over 18 years of age * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree * Proven experience in store management or retail positions * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Ability to efficiently solve problems and make decisions * Availability to work flexible afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
