You’ll be responsible for developing people, optimizing processes, improving conversion rates between stages, and ensuring the team delivers **high-quality meetings** to Closers and Field Sales—supporting the company’s accelerated growth. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Coaching and developing the BDR team through weekly rituals (1:1s, coaching sessions, role-plays, feedback). * Monitoring productivity metrics (calls, emails, contacts, cadences) and efficiency metrics (conversion rates, qualified meetings, SQLs). * Prioritizing tasks, removing blockers, and maintaining rhythm and focus. * Collaborating with BDRs on prospecting best practices, copywriting, cadences, and personalization. **What we’re looking for:** **Education:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Ensuring quality of consultative qualification (SPIN, BANT, ICP, buying signals). * Continuously reviewing cadences, outreach approaches, and scripts—adapting them to ICP, ABM strategies, and scale. * Serving as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations for handoff workflows, message alignment, and continuous improvement. * Monitoring the pre-sales pipeline to ensure healthy volume, depth, and pace. * **Bonus points if you have:** * Experience as a **leader, mentor, or technical reference** within a team. * Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot—a strong plus). * Familiarity with automation tools, Sales Navigator, Driva, Apollo, etc. * Certifications in Inside Sales, Predictable Sales, SPIN, Outbound, or leadership. * Data-driven decision-making maturity, enabling rapid, informed choices. * A goal-oriented profile, passionate about learning and continuous growth. **Gobrax Benefits** Flexible Benefits — Caju Flexible allowance + meal voucher—all on one card.
