You’ll lead consultative negotiations, build strategic relationships with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into closed contracts—always delivering value and solutions aligned with our customers’ needs. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Conducting commercial meetings with existing customers, focused on expansion. * Performing consultative diagnostics to deeply understand customers’ pain points, challenges, and needs. * Strategically, clearly, and business-specifically presenting the Gobrax solution. * Managing the full sales cycle for your portfolio: pipeline, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing. * Focusing intensely on KPIs and targets: conversion rate, sales cycle length, average deal size, among others. * Collaborating closely with pre-sales (LDR/BDR) and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey. * Keeping the CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) consistently updated—ensuring organization, discipline, and forecast accuracy. * Acting strategically to create urgency, perceived value, and accelerate customer decision-making. * Pursuing continuous improvement: seeking feedback, attending training, and deepening knowledge of the market, product, and sales techniques. **What we’re looking for:** **Education:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or related fields. * Technical education will be considered if paired with solid experience in consultative sales. * Certifications, training programs, or short courses in sales, negotiation, commercial techniques, or sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, GPCT, BANT) are strong differentiators. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Prior experience in consultative sales, inside sales, as a closer, sales executive, or commercial consultant. * Ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and lead high-value-perception negotiations. * Highly consultative mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling. * Proficiency in pipeline management and disciplined CRM usage. * Strong goal-orientation, results focus, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to handle objections, conduct strategic negotiations, and instill urgency in customer decision-making. * Clear, persuasive communication; active listening; and empathy. * Organization, resilience, discipline, and ownership mindset. * Desire to grow, develop, and build your career alongside Gobrax. **Gobrax Benefits** Flexible Benefits — Caju Flexible allowance + meal voucher—all on a single card.
