Our scope spans from prospecting outbound leads to onboarding new partners. Here, we pursue innovation through commercial intelligence: conducting research and deepening our understanding of each partner’s unique reality—so we can maximize your results with us. Your responsibilities will include: * Prospecting large leads (high-revenue e-commerce businesses). * Scheduling meetings or sales demonstrations with qualified leads, preparing the ground so that the Closer can close deals. * Responding to inbound leads and qualifying them via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp—then routing qualified leads to a call with one of our sales executives. * Recording activity details and other observations in HubSpot, ensuring visibility and process improvement through documentation. * Actively contributing to continuous improvements in pre-sales processes. You’ll be a great fit for our team if you have: * Prior experience with B2B sales processes. * Knowledge of lead qualification techniques. * Familiarity with CRM tools—specifically HubSpot. * A strong focus on results, with efficiency and effectiveness. * Excellent time management and pipeline organization skills. * The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically. * Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. * Proactivity and a willingness to help the team grow day-to-day. * A desire to continuously acquire new knowledge.
