




iTS Customer Service is seeking a professional to work at AGSUS (Primary Health Care Development Agency), providing support to physicians, scholarship holders, and tutors affiliated with the 'Doctors for Brazil' program, including answering questions, clarifying doubts, and registering requests via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp. Responsibilities Providing support to AGSUS physicians, scholarship holders, and tutors; Clarifying questions related to the program; Requesting and forwarding services; Recording complaints and requests; Providing support via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp; Focusing on quality, clarity, and courtesy in customer service. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Customer service experience is a plus. Job Type On-site (Permanent) Working Hours Schedule: 1:40 PM to 8:00 PM Workload: 150 hours per month Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off Salary: R$ 1.265,00 during the probationary period; R$ 1.493,34 after the probationary period.
