About the Opportunity: At Diageo, our Building Tomorrow strategy is powered by data, technology, and deep consumer understanding. Within this context, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Digital plays an essential role in the company’s digital transformation, serving as one of the pillars of the Digital team. This position is responsible for connecting data to consumer experience—translating complex information into actionable solutions that optimize marketing performance at every touchpoint along the customer journey. By leading the structuring of the data strategy and MarTech Stack, the analyst directly contributes to building a smarter, more integrated, and performance-driven operation. With a hybrid profile—both technical and strategic—this professional stands out for their ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, manage projects, and maintain pace in multifunctional and multicultural environments. Fluency in English is indispensable, as the role involves collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries, requiring global alignment and business acumen. More than analyzing data, the Senior Analyst is an orchestrator of intelligence—transforming numbers into decisions, trends into opportunities, and technology into competitive advantage. It is a role that accelerates innovation, strengthens consumer connection, and positions Diageo at the forefront of data-driven marketing. Your key challenges will be: * Turn Data into Decisions: Act as a bridge between data and strategy, collaborating with the marketing team to co-create data-driven solutions that drive business growth and strengthen consumer connection. * Lead with Vision and Methodology: Manage end-to-end complex data projects—from planning through delivery—ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence. * Orchestrate the Heart of Data Technology: Take leadership of the CDP (Customer Data Platform), one of Diageo’s most critical technologies, coordinating technical agencies, global consultancies, and local partners to evolve audience strategy and activation. * Create Real-Time Visibility: Build self-service dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights to optimize campaigns, content, segmentation, and personalization. * Ensure Data Integrity and Trust: Uphold data governance, quality, and compliance, aligning with Diageo’s global principles and fostering a culture of responsible data use. * Translate Complexity into Clarity: Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and strategically to diverse audiences, enabling smarter, faster decisions across the organization. What We Expect: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Strong data experience: Relevant hands-on experience in areas such as databases, data architecture, MarTech, CDP, advanced analytics, data visualization, or CRM. * Data Integration and Activation: Practical experience connecting, activating, and monetizing data across multiple channels and platforms—including web, mobile, email, social media, and others. * Project Management: Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary initiatives and deliver with excellence. * Sharp English: Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, to operate effectively in a global, collaborative environment. * Analytical and Creative Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems, experiment with new datasets and methodologies, and propose innovative solutions. * Engaging Communication: Skill in presenting analyses and recommendations clearly, strategically, and tailored to different audiences. * Collaboration and Influence: Team-oriented mindset and ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams, promoting a data-driven culture. * Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2–3 days per week, at our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo-SP. Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success. From part-time and compressed hours to working from different locations, our people work flexibly in ways that suit them. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you, so you’re supported from day one. Diversity Statement: Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere. Creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and able to belong is a crucial part of that. We embrace diversity in the broadest sense possible. That means you’ll be welcomed and celebrated for who you are—simply for being you. You’ll be part of—and help build and champion—an inclusive culture that celebrates people of different genders, ethnicities, abilities, ages, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, educational backgrounds, experiences, mindsets, and much more. Our ambition is to become the world’s best-performing, most trusted, and respected consumer products company. Join us and help transform our business as we take our brands to the next level and build new ones as part of shaping the next generation of celebrations for consumers worldwide. Feeling inspired?
