Accurately calculate severance payments, vacation pay, 13th salary, and other labor-related entitlements. Manage and monitor electronic timekeeping via the Fortes Ponto system. Provide internal consulting on labor and social security legislation. Generate and analyze managerial reports and ancillary obligations (e-Social, DIRF, GFIP) using the Fortes AC Pessoal system.
