Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and coordinating logistics operations activities, ensuring customer service and fleet support, as well as negotiating freight rates. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate operational activities and customer service 2. Provide fleet support and resolve unloading anomalies 3. Negotiate freight rates with third-party drivers **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor all activities to meet operational demands, ensuring customer service in accordance with established procedures and standards; Define operational details with the customer (insurance, shipping schedule, appointment scheduling, etc.); Receive the customer's shipping schedule; Verify whether the vehicle complies with the customer's PGR\- Risk Management Plan; Provide fleet area support if any anomaly occurs during unloading; Intervene in the unloading process with the customer if operational detail anomalies occur; Negotiate freight pricing and payment terms with third-party drivers according to the stipulated margin; And other responsibilities. **Requirements:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in operations. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
